CHANGING THE FACE OF ARAD AND THE NEGEV REGION

The Arad Foundation
was established in 1992, an initiative of the then deputy-mayor of Arad, Avraham Kaminer. The Foundation works in the fields of Education, Health and Social Welfare. In co-operation with the local municipality it has spearheaded projects designed to meet the needs of all the people of Arad, regardless of cultural or religious background.

The Arad Foundation is a totally independent body able to function both in full co-operation with local government where appropriate, but also unfettered by short-term political considerations or governmental restraints when necessary.

Under the committed leadership of Avraham Kaminer and his dedicated and professional team, the Arad Foundation together with its far-sighted individual and organizational partners, has placed Arad at the forefront of educational, health and social initiative and commitment - for the benefit of the city, its people and the whole region.
